But I was completely happy with your Quality manager’s visit and very complete explanations about how the trapping process works. He was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He encouraged my questions about what I can expect from that, as well as issues with the construction of my home that create a challenge to the goal of eliminating the rodent population. I appreciated his kind honesty, and I feel a lot better now about what your company can do for me.
