Iam now & have been in the past very pleased with the service I receive in/at my home. Ilived in my mother's house with her, who had service with you all and loved Marcell. My mother has passed away, I still live here and Marcell's son is my tech now & continues the same excellent in-home service of his father. BUT..... the office staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I have continually asked to be notified of service date at least week in advance rather than the email the day before. I am always 'assured' it will be handled and it has NEVER gotten better. My last conversation with Melissa was NOT pleasant. I was allowed to finish only ONE sentence thru out. She was condescending and used 'our system' as the scape goat. I am retired from the local court system and well aware of scheduling, as I set the calendar for the judge. I would NOT recommend your company primarily because of the office management. I would recommend the tech's that have been here over the twenty plus years your company has had this account, but I would tell anyone the drawback is having to deal with the office personnel who answer the phones.
