Technician Abel was more than kind and professional. I was late in returning home to open the garage (only access to backyard) for our quarterly service. Mr. Abel called me twice, must have also waited at the gate for some time as I wasn’t there to open the community gate. He managed to spray the front porch and driveway. When I arrived and saw the Lloyd truck outside the gate, I waved and Mr. Abel made a u-turn to come back to spray the backyard with a patient smile. Thank you for hiring spectacular employees like Mr. Abel!
