The reason I called The Bug Man was that I found your company online while searching for a service and was amazed at all the 5-star reviews. I was especially pleased with the way all of your customers referred to you with such fondness. I am a very loyal consumer, once I find a company or product I like I usually stick with them for good. It takes a major disaster to make me mad enough to change products or affiliations.
I have had the first treatment so far and the men were nice and courteous which I liked very much. They told me they did a lot of service outside the house spraying and spreading feed pellets to draw the insects out which I took their word for. The one this I did notice is inside the house I did not see them doing much in the way of spraying like in the pictures you see on this webpage. Nothing between the refrigerator, kneeling down around appliances like pictured here, just a few quick squirts here and there real quick in each room and we have had the ants back here and there just a little, but this morning I woke up to an army of them on my computer desk. So, I am just a little disappointed. All in all the service is very affordable and the workers were friendly and helpful, my only suggestion is that they pay a little more attention to the inside of the house as well. Thanks and I hope you will post this one even though unlike all the others on here it has something to work on.
