Although I haven't met him, my sister, who is also a customer, and my daughter, who lives in our house, rave about our Service Tech. He's very knowledgeable, pleasant, and informative. Has given us some very good suggestions on how to improve some of our living conditions regarding 'critters' that get into our basement. Only wish you guys could get rid of a snake in the basement.
