I was told I would be contacted prior to a service technician showing up at our house to do needed treatments...that did not happen!
Technician states he treated the perimeter of the house and I will have to take his word for that, however, because of an on-going ant problem the previous technicians set bait traps and did spot treatment in the interior...obviously,this was not done!
We have a dog, and your information indicates that children & pets should not touch the treatment until dry, but the technician left no notification on our door, nor did he post the area, so with no knowledge of his even being at the house until I received the invoice...what good does this warning do! (Hope my dog doesn't get sick)
