I had a termite inspector come out and he spend 2 hours going around the house probing for termite damage and then going into the attics to access damage as well. The inspector you send out was here for maybe 30 minutes and he probed nothing or checked in the attics or anything else. He gave me a price of 1900.00 but unless someone else is coming out to do an inspection I'd don't know how they would know what areas have to be treated.
