I usually get a phone call the day before getting service, but not this time. They usually ask if there are any specific issues prior to doing an exterior service, but no one asked. Also, after spraying outside, we had heavy rain which I would have rescheduled had I been informed. It doesn't make sense to me to spray outside when heavy rain is in the forecast.
