Overall I am very happy with Arterix. Art came very quickly to address the problem and was able to fit it into his tight schedule to fix the problem as soon as possible. And he did quality work, explaining things in details to me. One thing I think he can do better is to let me know in advance that he won't patch the drywall hole on the ceiling he cut open. Now I am staring at it and need to find info from Youtube to fix it. I have contractors done a variety of work in house and they all fix things to where it was before, including patching holes. Maybe this is what it is in this business but it was a shock to me.
