Not very happy. Didn’t realize I was going to be charged for anything. My fiancé specifically asked and we were told it was included in our year inspection that the sellers paid for. We didn’t hear him at first until my fiancé went and asked what he was doing. I’m not wanting to pay for what I was charged. I feel very mad about it. On top of it. The employees shouldn’t start doing something like that until owners for sure answer the door. I would be even more furious to see an invoice if I didn’t know someone did work without permission. Again we asked several times as my fiancé and I were not aware of us. Maybe should tell employees to tell us the cost before doing anything again we were told this was covered from the sellers. Never once were told we would be charged. My fiancé even mentioned we didn’t know if we were going to continue.
