I tell my family and friends about the service that Truly Nolen offer -Now I want to truly boast about the Termite treatment I received.

David Schupp inspector for 075 gets great praise for his in-depth educational inspection - my husband and I had numerous questions and he answered them in a way we fully understood.

My hats off and praise goes to Joseph Fretz from branch 071 termite technician. This young man provided unsurpassed customer service- by being professional from the initial phone call. He explained to my husband what he was going to do at each step and he did it with pride.

He was very methodical in his treatment plan as I saw him working hard at digging those trenches in the heat, my heart when out for him. I offered water and food; he stated he was all good. His diligent hard work drew attention from my neighbors who came out their houses to watch him use his shovel and drill . My neighbor had a fumigation treatment and had to leave her home- I'm sure she will ask me what treatment I had.
I know next week I'll be going down the street to clover leaf .
I asked Joseph to take a picture because I wanted the Truly Nolen family to know what a delightful professional, hard-working, young man they have chosen to work with the company.
