After over a almost 2 years of service, my lawn is a weed garden. I will be looking for a new provider. I gave up on calling as nothing improved and I felt they just gave lip service. With everything that has been happening in 2020, finding a new service has been low priority, but the survey request is a great reminder.
PS I am the customer I should not have to reach out to you, your management should inspect, notify me that you know something is wrong and you should remedy.
