We have been getting treatment for our lawn service through PestBear. They are suppose to treat our lawn for cinchbugs and they have neglected to do that. Our lawn has been eaten up by cinchbugs to the point that areas of the lawn have no grass. Now we are being asked to pay for it when you should have been treating it in the first place. If you cannot fix it I would advise you rectify the issue by at least putting in plugs for us. Thank you.
