I find your service expensive and time consuming to manage. I have had several scheduling issues, where Catseye has no record of the scheduled appointments even though I have taken time off from my work to be home and available for the visit. At contract signing, I was told that I would have 1 or 2 standard technicians and they would become very familiar with my residence and pests. I think I have had 6 or 7 technicians with little familiarity with my property. In addition during the first few months of COVID-19, there were no visits but the monthly billing did not stop, or even decrease. This most recent visit, I requested removal of a wasp nest -- only half of it was removed, leaving an eyesore and temptation for the wasps to easily rebuild. Also, I end up disposing of mouse carcasses in snap traps myself, because I am not going to leave them there for 2+ months in between your visits. I then requested that the snap traps be replaced -- the tech left me one trap despite his note that there was a mouse problem. Honestly, I do not feel I am receiving platinum service. You should offer a lower level -- maybe copper or bronze with adjusted pricing.
