Called early on day of service asking if Service could be performed early in the 1-5 hour range. While no guarantee was made, Service rep arrived before 1pm. He completed the treatment in short time and was on his way. In addition to service, billing has worked with me to arrange payment options. I am very pleased with B&B. Might also add Marvin my normal service rep was in the neighborhood and stopped while I was out in the yard to ask how I was. Good job all around.
