We were told that they would clean an area around where the bats messed on the outside. They did not clean anything. When asked about it they said they were not supposed to clean anything. The guy that gave us the price told us this while explaining the company’s procedure. The name of the part to clean was something like soft fit. Not sure about the name but know what he meant.
