We have some concerns about the work that was done to remediate the termites. The first time someone came, their tools broke half way through the work and we were told he would return the next day to complete it. We do not know if anyone came back the following day as we were not able to stay home all day. Also, the old termite traps were left in the ground around the home and were not removed. We would like someone to follow up with us. Thank you.
