I was given conflicting info when it came time to get the product I requested. Instead of a simple letter turnover, the pressuring to purchase an unnecessary treatment $399.99 in order to get the letter was quite annoying. No one answered my question as to why I would pay for a treatment for something that was there and your investigator determined might happen in the future due to my fence which does not touch my house.
