Ok for outdoor bug prevention when they make it before the bugs do. Had 2 inside bug issues spiders-fleas and both times it was not 100% resolved. The fleas I had to actually catch them as they "didn't see" at inspection but did treat after I brought them evidence. Another inspection they preformed said no bugs found even though I had brought them some evidence. Fortunately, we enlisted another resource who unveiled culprits quickly. We try to support local however they were unsuccessful multiple times and service has been spotty that we've lost credibility with them.
