We had various insects come into our home. Innovative analyzed the problem & treated around home and in basement (smell went away after couple hours). During first 30 days, they came back twice to treat & left us numerous glue boards placing them in strategic locations in basement. While a centipede or two will still be seen, the number of insects have been greatly reduced. The staff that have treated the home have been friendly & knowledgeable.
