I’ve had economy pool service for several years. In the past several months things have gone downhill. They no longer answer their phones nor reply to emails. I had to make several calls, leaving messages, to finally get a response from a new manager. In the meantime my pool turned green...and then greener. It has taken four visits in the past week (plus another phone call or two) to get the pool useable again. The new manager has been quite helpful, but my expectations are pretty low. Not sure I’ll be able to stay with this company.
