An extremely friendly, and knowledgeable person who showed up at my house. He went above and beyond what k really wanted to be treated. I am happy to have signed up for the monthly bill to have quarterly or tri-orderly treatments that will be catered specifically to my house as they learn the pest issues that come with it. Also having the option to call them whenever to take care of an issue with no extra charge beyond the "subscription" is, to me, almost better than insurance.
