I had an appointment for this past Thursday, May 6, between the hours of 3 to 5. After sitting there an hour and no one had showed up, I decided to call in just to be sure my appointment was still on. I was told that my appointment was between 4-6...WRONG!!! I would have NEVER set up an appointment for that time frame when I go out every Thursday at 6. I wrote it down immediately and I texted my tenants immediately with the time I was given. Someone changed it on your end without notifying me, probably to a "bigger" customer. Now I get an email showing I still owe the initial payment which I gave to your technician whom by the way finally showed up at 520pm. I should have left and just cancelled my entire contract as this whole ordeal to this point is so unorganized. The tech that came out was nice and did try to hurry along the way but when he first got there he thought he was only spraying for pest. He either didn't read his paper work or it was relayed to him that we had a mouse issue. That was the REASON I called in the first place. So, sorry I cannot give a good review at this time and I will not be sending a check for the invoice because I already paid. Kathi.
