Lloyd’s respond time is good as usual. I called on Monday, a technician was at the door at 8:30 am Wednesday. He placed some roach baits inside the house, treated the perimemeter of the house, knocked down a couple of wasp nests, and clean up the spider webs in the yard. (We have been getting a lot of spiders and roaches due to the hot weather.) The only thing I thought could need some improvement was that I had to ask the technician to clean up all the old webs hanging at the rafters of the front porch. I know other companies actually do that as part of their scope of work. If Lloyd’s can remind their technicians to do that, then it was a perfect job.
