Since this was our first time using a pest control service, I had lots of questions. The service tech who came to give an estimate, answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. I called a few days later to schedule an appointment. Keith came a few days later. He was very personable and professional. He told me he would use a combination of spray and granule. That was fine with me. He finished quickly. However in was concerned because the granules were on my perennial plants. I asked if that would be harmful to plants. He said no, and it would wash off in the rain. It did not wash off in the rain. I wondered if it would be effective on the ants, being on the plant leaves.
