The service DID NOT get rid of the cave crickets. I STILL have them in my house. STILL. I also wasn't aware that the extremely costly service did not include a whole house extermination. I was told if I wanted to deal with the few mice, it would be additional money. I was encouraged to pay monthly when I simply don't have that kind of income at the moment and when I expressed my concern about the difference in service from this company and my last, the service provider appeared to get annoyed with me expressing AGAIN, I should purchase a monthly program which I CANNOT AFFORD. I am upset. I do not feel your company took care of my problem. I feel your services are overpriced and I am NOT happy. at all. I will be calling to make use of my 90 day guarantee.
