We have used Bio-Tech for several years, probably around 8. They do excellent work. We have never had a need for them to return within a year for an additional treatment under their warranty - their treatments are highly effective. We rarely ever see a "bug" in the house. The technicians are always very professional and considerate. The company is great to work with. We know others, including our daughter, who use Bio_Tech and their experience is the same.
