Having a problem, after using the service once they have text me that twice in the last 6 months informing me that I’ve received service. Except that I never order the service and never signed up for maintenance package. They informed me they had my credit card on file, I never gave them permission. Lastly, we live in a gated community with a 24 hr guard, no one is admitted unless registered at the gate and we are informed by text whenever a guest passes the guard house.
I called in December to review the situation with the company and thought it was cared for. I received another notice 2 days ago indicating that my home had been serviced, it had not. I’m awaiting a call from the company representative once they review their records. I expected a call today, still waiting. Actually I want to order a service call but I’m reluctant to use this company again unless I get answers.
