I called Monocacy Pest Control to request an inspection for a VA refinance. Abby, in the front office, was kind, courteous and professional. Abby is an example of what all businesses should have, a person that is respectful and has the skills to talk to customers with a great attitude and provides customers with the information they are asking for. Abby was confident, very clear and easy to understand. It was a pleasure speaking with her.
I made my appointment, and they were on time. Glen was very personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do, and he was very thorough. He inspected every room inside and inspected the exterior as well as the additional structures. Glen explained to me what he was looking for. When Glen was finished, he explained what documents I would receive and what I need to send to our lender.
I received the report the same day. Outstanding.
Other companies were far less professional and did not provide the information that Monocacy Pest Control did. Some other companies were also out for the money because they charged 5 times more. As far as I am concerned Monocacy Pest Control is a 5-star company and is also Veteran friendly.
