I signed up as a first time customer for both lawn care and indoor/outdoor pest control. First visit for lawn, the technician showed up a week later than the date I was given. I was told on signup that he would be reviewing the lawn issues with me but that did not happen. He just let me know he had arrived, went to do his work and left me an illegible receipt of what he did. Second appointment for pest control arrived an hour and 45 minutes late. No ladder to remove bee nests so had to use mine. Not impressed so far.
