Mike was out today to check what I thought was a hornet's nest behind one of my shutters. He believed it was old and even knocked on the shutter and no activity was found. He also checked around the house. He called his boss and told him what he found and they agreed not to charge me anything, not even for a service call. I thought that was pretty darn nice l!
