Once again, PestBear did NOT follow through on the instructions provided. The tech showed up with no advanced call on a date that had never been confirmed for an appointment. Fortunately I had arrived home just before he came. If I hadn't been there, when he opened the gate to the property, the dogs would have taken off. This situation is continually happeneing!
