We have felt the service from Pest Bear has been average. We consistently are told we will receive grass plugs each time they come, and they never bring them. ( We always have to call to remind them, which we hate doing.) We were not home on this last day of service, so we don't even know if it was done properly, or hap-hazard as the June visit was done.
