I was referred to you by Hulett when I called them about a possible rodent in my home. They told me that this is not something they do and referred me to your company. I was not familiar with methods that were taken but after a few visits ,I was told that they found one rat in my attic and they were using methods to make sure there was no further invasion. The cost was rather high,but I did not have a choice. When I contacted the Seacrest manager, she told me that I should have contacted their vendor and I would not be reimbursed and what I paid you was outrageous.
