Yes, Richard is super! You are VERY VERY lucky to have him on your team! He's a keeper. Richard deserves some extra attention by you, $$, maybe even a Management position, esp these days if you WANT to keep him (anybody!)😉. I was always a Manager in Hospitality, a Citizens Bank branch, a Seafood Store/Owner & a Restaurant Key West. I KNOW gooooood' peeps when meeting them and you've got one in Richard.
