The reason I left the company that use to do our pest/lawn care was because of the very poor customer communication. Pest Bear has not been an improvement over the last company we were using. It's difficult to get answers, there have been services done that have not been asked for (specifically they've been told NOT to do some services), and services paid for that have not been done. It's truly like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing (again). Not happy.
