The service person did NOT telephone before coming to our house, did NOT ring the doorbell, and to my knowledge did NOT service our home. Since this date, we've sprayed for one roach which was in the den and had ants, which we took care of, in the bathroom. I won't rate Adam since I never saw him and have no idea what he did.
