I have had to call PestBear to return to my home to Retreat for the same weeds over and over. Toby tells me to call him on his cell phone direct, so I do and he does not call back, the last time he said that he was on vacation.
On 9/5/19 I had a door tag on my door telling me that they had treated the lawn with Iron and fertilizer, I am not sure how the tech done this because my irrigation system was running in my back yard and the tech would have gotten very wet. Then as normal I get a $62.00 BILL.
I have complained about the same weeds since I started your service. Do you think I need to contact someone else or do you think you can take care of the problem?
