My only reason for staying with the company is because I love my tech Deborah, and she is the reason why I stay with Paramount bc she is so courteous and efficient. If I couldn't have her, I'd go to another company.
I do not like the scheduling method of a recorded set up date.
My recent date was weeks short of 3 months. And the msg comes only a day or 2 beforehand. Not enough notice to reschedule.
And I also do not like having a tech come to do outside if I'm not home and then I have to call to do inside. You can't speak to anyone to change schedule on weekends.
It's totally set up for the convenience and profit of Paramount.
