We have been using Garella for a little over a year now. Although I appreciate and value the services provided, I never seem to know when the technician will be coming; I know it will be happening quarterly. Is there any way that I could receive a call/text/e-mail the day BEFORE he will be coming to my home?

Thank you for your review. We do have a customer requested call, text or email ahead feature for our services. We will be happy to set you up for future notifications prior to service.
