When Miller tells you they will come back out for a residual treatment regardless of pest, insects, etc., they hold their word. I’ve had a few instances and they r here within a couple days if ‘not’ the same day.

Now take that to the next level. I called them after 5 with a New and frightening experience of yellow jackets in a window sill and making their way into my home. I talked with Randy, explained my issue and that I needed immediate help and was happy to pay after hour service fee, but it had to be that day with the no. of jackets sworming. He said let me call u back. Randy called me back within 5 min. literally. He did initially mention it could be difficult as all techs were busy or done for the day. He had called the owner Joe who called Justin and explained my situation. Justin was already home for the day. Justin then called me to advise as soon as his wife got home he’d be on his way! He was here by 6:30!! He not only assessed the issue, treated the area for over ~40 min. , but then came inside to tape up my window cracks, kill a few more inside, etc. I have a broken wrist and was 1 handed. When I asked for his help in taping, he didn’t pause or moan or worse say he couldn’t do it when I asked.

This type of service is almost impossible to find today. It starts with the leadership, mindset, and respect at the top. Randy chose to call Joe (owner), Joe made the decision to call his tech Justin, Justin chose to accept the after hour assignment. These are the type of companies you remember, call upon, and share their name with friends, family, and colleagues. If u need a trustworthy, customer oriented pest control, I encourage u to give them a call.

As of this morning, there are currently NO yellow jackets near that window. I am aware they could be behind the wood, But have my fingers crossed they are gone for good!!! I DON’T do bugs or pests at all!! Justin said he’d check the perimeter when he returns for my next treatment in a week.
And BTW, there was no charge. They held their word.
