We had issues with jumping crickets and spiders in the basement, all of which have been resolved once working with you. We also had seasonal issues with significant number of ants traveling through the home despite us keeping no food out; and your service has resulted in no ants. Third, we had occasional issues of mice finding their way into the house (basement ceiling). Your service addressing both the inside and outside of the home has made a significant difference. We eventually found how the mice were making their way in and plugged that up. Your service notification postcards and ability to pay the bills online are both very convenient. We are very happy with your service and would recommend to everyone.
