The gentleman was very nice and informational but I showed him where other companies marked where termites were. And my neighbor found a spot too. Other companies I had a couple years ago did not charge to check and they found and marked areas. Your company charges even if I show them where I've seen termites. My neighbor thought he should have gotten the money he found the active spot. Your guy said it would be throwing money away cuz we need to tent. We have to wait for our attached neighbor to agree and they won't yet. So yes I just threw $125.00 away and I sprayed the spot where the termites were active. Our neighbor who recommended you is in the same circumstance said you spot sprayed and it wasn't that much money. So I don't understand???
