Two representatives from Bio-Tech Pest Control arrived a little early and were extremely professional, thorough and courteous. They clearly explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They went through every room as well as my attic. They showed me some problem areas and explained the best way to address any possible future issues. They even took the time and effort to inspect and ultimately spray around the street and public sidewalk, explaining that they had identified trails and were hoping to address our pest problem "at the source". I greatly appreciate their courtesy and patience. I would highly recommend Bio-Tech Pest Control to anyone who has a pest problem.
