The folks at Smithereen I worked with on site on a bed bug abatement project were excellent. Hans and Chris were the field sales and service technicians who helped eliminate a bed bug infestation in our building. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel their front office folks who answer the phones could benefit from a little extra training. All in all, I am very satisfied with the overall experience.
