We have been customers of Home Paramount for over 20 years. We are currently dissatisfied with our service and are considering switching companies. The reasons for our dissatisfaction are: 1. The technician assigned to our three properties is always changing. Therefore they do not know what they are supposed to do for each property. We have to take time with each technician to walk them through the three properties every time they come to provide service. 2. Frequently, they are in and out quickly and neglect to fill bait boxes. 3. When I schedule them to come back to complete what they missed, they do not show up. 4. Sometimes the technicians show up without an appointment. 5. Last time we had service with an unannounced visit from an unknown technician, I called the office to complain and they told me I must be mistaken as they had no technicians in our area that day. When I informed them that indeed a a Home Paramount truck was in our driveway they said it must be from another territory. 6. The list of problems goes on. After the last problems, I have been assured by the local office that we will be assigned the same technician and we will be notified by phone prior to their visit. If this does not occur, we will be canceling our three contracts.
