I am sorry to day we are not happy with the service we have received. We hire to remove a hornet's nest over a week ago, and the guy spray it and never came back to remove the nest and the hornet's rebuilt it. so another guy came out and resprayed it and torn a peice off and left it on the ground, my dog could not go outside in the back yard, we had to leash him and he is not a very good leashable dog. That guy promised to come back the next and guess what, he didn't. So our experience as been awful. The nest is still back there and hornet's rebuilding. I had to put a Weber grill lid over the nest on the ground so I could let my dog out. The hornet's didn't like that too much, I had to run like the wind. Thanks Terminix Jana L Leffler.
