I am BEYOND satisfied, thrilled, excited about my service with Terminix. It is so refreshing to find that even when I'm not at home the same steps are followed and no short cuts are taken. Jacob is AMAZING!! I had totally forgotten that it was my service day. I received a notification from my cameras, checked them and EVERY STEP was completed as if I were there.
