The tech (Zachary) doing the inspection spent 10 minutes inspecting the crawl space for termites.
He did not inspect around the entire outside of the home. He inspected the garage but only inspected under the low front porch after I asked him to.
More training for techs would be a very good idea.
The tech, Zachary was personable and polite.
