*Provided a check at time of request of service ($525.00 for 8 visits). I requested a receipt and was told it would be emailed however, I have instead been invoiced for the amount paid.
*My Mother was startled by someone in the yard who did not fit the description I gave her of the person I'd expected to be here checking traps (the person who provided the original estimate). When she told me he was under the stairs I figured out it was a different Conquest rep. I had told the estimator, who I was not advised would not be the same person returning, that the gate would be unlocked and not to share that information. It is obvious it has been shared as I too saw a third person, different description from the other two.
*Receiving duplicate reports having received (8) reports for a total of 4 visits to date (7/9).
*Reports state I was not available however I am here daily. My doorbell doesn't work but the reps can certainly knock on the door, call or text me.
